Order Arrives Damaged

Your order was printed, signed, assembled and packed by me just for you. However, in the very unlikely event your order arrived damaged, please save the carton and all packing materials. Please contact me at once. The delivery providers have very strict time limits that we must follow. I will assist you in contacting the delivery provider to resolve your claim.

Request Exchange or Return

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within seven days of receipt of shipment. I must be notified of your intent to return your purchase. I will issue a full refund for the merchandise purchased, less shipping charges. Please pack your return carefully so it will arrive without damage to the artwork. Please use the same delivery service used for your original order. I will be happy to help you with any concerns you might have about your order.
